Should I change my mind and don't need testing after all, do I need to (cancel) notify Language Line University (LLU)?
Yes. Because cancellation charges apply it is necessary to notify us to avoid charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tests canceled within 24 hours before the start time are charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 business hours notice will be charged 50% of the test fee. Tests canceled with more than 72 business hours notice will not be charged any fee. Language Line University (LLU) offers a 15 minute courtesy period from the appointed test time, after which the test is canceled.
What is the Non-Disclosure Agreement and why do I need to sign it?
The Non-disclosure Agreement is a document that is designed to protect LLU's intellectual property, which consists of the test content, rating process, pricing and other confidential inforamtion. All users of LLU's testing and training services must agree to keep such information confidential.
What payment options are available?
Language Line Services clients have the option of billing testing to their Client ID or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Why am I charged if I was never tested?
You would only be charged if Language Line University is not contacted in advance to avoid cancellation fees. See Cancellation Policy for details.
